Hi Keith,
Sorry to hear RealNames is shutting down. I don’t think a lot of people in the US understand the importance of offering a non-Latin name resolution service and how important it is to the Asia-Pac countries and elsewhere. I guess the only way to demonstrate it is to give an English language speaker a Chinese, Japanese, Hanguel or Arabic version of Windows and ask them to type in a name in those languages in the address bar.
Then they get it….
